Now Nursery is like a Walk-In-open air museum of 300 trees of Delhi. Focus of the Walk is Heritage buildings in Nursery which dates back to early Mughal era like Sunderwala Burj, Lakkarwala Burj, Azimganj Sarai, Sunderwala Mahal, and BateshewalaComplex (which has a mausoleum of Akbar's son-in-law) But the best part is central axis which is a combination of Mughal water gardens and Persian Carpet patterns. This axis now acts as primary walkway for visitors. About the Resource Person: GAURAV SHARMA is a Guest faculty at National Institute of Fashion Technology(NIFT) Delhi. GAURAV has been a life long Dilliwala and grew up amidst multilayered culture of Delhi. His long experience of researching on Historical personalities lent him enough credentials to narrate historical events in well researched, factual and storytelling manner.
