No Refunds on Purchased Tickets: It is with regret that we must emphasize our policy regarding purchased tickets. Once a ticket/registration has been acquired, we are unable to process any refunds under normal circumstances. This policy encompasses various scenarios, including rescheduling or cancellations initiated by participants.

 

Refund in Case of Unforeseen Walk Cancellation: The only exception to our standard no-refund policy arises in the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of a scheduled heritage walk by Karwaan Heritage. Importantly, this refund provision is applicable only if the walk is not subsequently rescheduled.

 

Rescheduled Walks and Alternative Options: In instances where a heritage walk is rescheduled for any reason, participants will not be eligible for a refund. However, we actively encourage participants to consider an alternative walk within the next 30 days from the original scheduled date. This alternative walk option is provided with the condition that participants make the necessary payment against their initial booking.

 

Participant No-Show and Personal Commitments: Participants who fail to attend the scheduled heritage walk without prior notification or those arriving late will not qualify for a refund. Additionally, Karwaan Heritage cannot assume responsibility for participant-related personal commitments or changes in plans that may impact attendance. No refunds will be issued for missed walks due to personal reasons.

 

Health and Safety Considerations, Alterations to Itinerary, and Minimum Participant Requirement: Our policies regarding health and safety considerations, alterations to the itinerary, and the minimum participant requirement remain unchanged. These circumstances, while possibly impacting the walk experience, do not warrant a refund. Participants are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness levels before joining a heritage walk. No refunds will be issued for participants who are unable to complete the walk due to health-related issues or discomfort.
